Running 13 km's today & 20 km's yesterday, makes me feel very good. Still some injury problems with the right heel and the left ancle, but not worse than I can handle cruising speed (6 min/km) without to much pain. It's actually worse when I'm walking. I need to keep up the training volume & frequency now over the winter period, more than ever before, because the rest of the MC-gang are extremelly motivated & diciplined with all kind of training activities & weight losing programs etc, so 2009 will be an interesting year for sure. I don't wanna be falling behind the rest of the pack.

Todays Premier League game between Man Utd - Chelsea was as beautiful as I predicited in my blog the other day. 3-0 with one extra correct goal not given. My hero of today was Ji-Sung Park who worked harder than anyone else. He is probably the most famous South Korean in the world. Excuse me Mr Ban Ki-Moon. It's not enough to be the United Nations Secretary General, when JS Park manage to be a regular starter in the Man Utd squad. Komapsumnida Ji-Sung!
